Ouch..

For pass 2 days I've been through a PAINFUL injury to both right and left side of my hip..Wanna know how it started and how much pain was it?
Here's what happen
During latihan rumah sukan..
I was very excited cause on that day we were gonna do long jump
that is my favorite event(My fav cause I won it last year,2nd fav is 100m-gold also)
jog 2 rounds as warm-up then as I wanted to conduct a stretching for form 3 then the teacher said Tak payah la..Mari sini cepat.Cepat buat cepat balik and so,all go lompat already
As usual la..
I was the first to go..
Hit top gear immediately then just went I jump,I felt a very sharp pain at my hip
After the jump I went to ground in pain..No matter how pain was it,i still went for a 2nd try as i failed my first(FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE I FAILED A PASSING MARK FOR ANY EVENTS)
2ND try I passed but as I was running there was a pain too..
As soon as I jump, wow..the pain..
St.John was around me already
nevertheless I went for a last jump..
"nobody really can stop me from during what I love"
Failed but Satified
After CNY I Will be back without injuries
Fact is I spent 10 mins lying on the grass due to pain
Lontar peluru was easy
Nuff said
Even in tuition I was in pain..Sitting on the chair

And TODAY IM FELLING MUCH BETTER..
Today also sucks
2 REASONS
1st photographers came to my school today
Wants to take photo for textbook
I was very excited la of course
He take take take ady..
then it was my class
so,he came in and take also lah
Then he tell teacher he wants 6 students
I volunteered immediately
haha
When outside already
He said gambar ini akan dimuat masuk ke dalam buku teks bahasa arab
In my heart I was saying Celaka betul"
Disappointed..

2nd reason..This sucks very bad
I forgot to take my PJK bag
Half way sitting in the school bus then I realise
By that time the bus was at Jusco ady
Then I ask him to stop..
Went to school and took back
THANK GOD it was there!!
Went back bus stop..
I laughed at my friend
Haha..U still here..I go school and come back also u still waiting for busSoon,I also have to wait for 20 mins for my bus to arrive
I guess I ate my own words

Let's hope for a better day tomorrow
Adios
